Navigating the paperwork for employment, help wanted ads, interviews, background checks. This is a challenging area for employers. Due to generational differences and the speed of how technology has changed there is no single point employers can go and access all relative information on a potential hire. Our application will make this seamless on the frontend user experience and will complete all associated employment paperwork for federal, state and local levels. Also background checks along with the office of the Inspector General reports will be reviewed prior to employment and the IG reports will be evaluated weekly.

We will empower the employer to have several backup Aides in case of an Aides vacation or illness. By alerting the backup Aides that have been previously bookmarked from the employer the Aides could accept hours that are available. If no backup Aides are available the platform will perform an alert to the network matching the employer specifications to available Aides in there area. Once an available Aide accepts the request the employer will be notified of who will be filling in.

We hope these new processes with the platform will create an environment that pays aides a competitive salary, bring a more human touch into an already delicate situation and adds a more community feel to a cold clinical environment.

Leveraging social media frameworks to help connect disparate groups of people. In this step we will leverage existing social media frameworks to facilitate the connections of employers and Aides. Some examples of this would be the ability to message, connect, and share with Aides. This will allow employers the ability to expand there limited personal pool of people for employment to a much larger audience. In doing so we believe an employer will have a much richer and more experienced group of people to choose from. This also will allow the employer to have several virtual backup Aides in case of vacation or illness.
